Vyrazil jsem se naučit krav maga (sebeobranu). Ukázali mi základní postoje, bloky a obranu proti útoku beze zbraně i proti noži. Nakonec mě slušně potrápili pořádnou bitkou. Pojďte se podívat, jak mi to šlo
